If indoors add incense Opening Considerations: Many people feel that as humans we are above nature or disconnected from it, however, nothing could be further from the truth.  Just like every other living thing on this planet we are part of a web.  Tens of thousands of strings connect us to the earth in ways that can sometimes be difficult to understand amidst the nine to fives, grocery shopping, and bill paying.  Yet no matter how forgotten those threads become, they are still there.  Some of those threads connect our spirit guides, our totems, to our souls
